While recovery I started cooking to fill my meals with everything that my body needs. I created nutritious meals and decorated them to appreciate every meal I made and to thank myself as well as my body for getting me through the day.
My goal is to share some recipes you can recreate. I want you to feel good after cooking and eating my meals and I hope that the ingredients will fill your body with energy and power.
Food is not just to fuel your body it is for your mind, too.
AGAINST BODYSHAMING / MORE SELF LOVE
We are living in a society where social media transports the picture of the perfect body, "we should have.
I never really loved my body, I always had something I don’t like, my legs, my acne or whatever.
I started to appreciate my body more and treating my body with love and respect. Instead of fighting against my body, like dieting or overeating I started to listen to my body, we cooperate. Every body is beautiful and being healthy made me loving my body so much more. You can find peace with who you are and how you look.
